So what's the better technique? Seiya's Pegasus Ryu Sei Ken, or Naruto's Rasengan?

Not sure 100%, as Seiya has used some powerful Ryu Sei Ken, but dunno if at maximum power it can blow up a galaxy

The one attack that in Saint Seiya that do can destroy a galaxy is Athena Exclamation
