Who wins? First scenario is with prep. Second scenario without prep. Location is an open field.

yeah they get boned badly- even prep doesn't amount to much unless you give them some spears or something even for ten guys even an Olympic class Boxer couldn't put out enough blunt force trauma to hurt a bear in a meaningful way

Rangers, You can destract the bear why anouth sneaks up even so you can wait for the bear to come. then when it wacks its claws duck jump up smack that Mother in the head. plus the guy behind snaped the bears legs. this is with only the 5 ranger too Sticky. thats one bear down with 2 guys the other will have 3 guys and a bear
