the most powerful of all time is definitely the death god seal. It can insta kill anything, including a Rinnegan user or edo tensei zombie.

Did they reveal that there was sage jutsu in part 1? Or are you saying that since Jiraiya was in part one, and had sage jutsu then, then you have inferred the correct answer?

well, think about it... the OP was referring to something Jiraiya said to naruto when he was teaching him rasengan. He Said Rasengan was 2nd from the top in difficulty... (the OP meant to say difficulty level not powerful since we have no reference of most power jutsu in the manga)

So if Jiraiya is the one saying rasengan is second in difficulty, it means he knows what the first is. Among all the jutsu jiraiya uses, we learned from the sage toad, the difficulty of jiraiya learning Sage Mode which he couldn't even perfect. So in conclusion, Sage Mode is what jiraiya was referring to as #1 in difficulty.

it makes no sense to think jiraiya was referring to TBB and so on as if he has any experience with that...

Does that make sense to you now

btw there's no such thing as most powerful jutsu... ask itachi!!!

Ha, you can't start a response with "just think about it!!" Then say we are talking about most difficult, rather than most powerful. So sure, for most difficult it makes total sense.
