there is a guy who is making fun of me and i don't want to get in trouble for beating the living crap out of the guy. the guy is mean to aall of the mental kids and i try to stand up for them and i get in trouble and i told the principal and he gave him a warning and i told him again and he still did nothing. now i don't know what to do because they won't suspend the guy and he keeps on and he won't stop so i wanna know do any of you know what i should do
i need help with this please

Don't tell staff they never do anything usually it's easiest to get them on an intellectual level normal people like that are easily insulted and you can't get in trouble for that. If you want to get violent make sure they take the first hit that way its self defence and noone can do **** about it

My math teacher would recommend to just gently push him of the stairs.

If you want my advice, dont let the bully notice that your bothered. Dont show anger indignation or anything else. Give him the ice cold shoulder. You will be so boring that he will move on to something else.

If you are any good at mind****** you could go all 'your just bullying to hide your own weakness' on him.

Try to get other people to not laugh at his jokes. And he will realize that he is not funny or popular by bullying people.

Or confront him infront of everyone (may specially include teachers/as safety system in case he gets all hulk) just ask him

This is the best i can give you since my bullying was stopped in its tracks in elementary school. And i gained the ability to stare extremely mean/angry at people which basicly is a warning which says ' STOP , or **** will go down' and also 3years of karate experience.

You could pratice 'talking with your eyes' to try and achieve a similiar effect.

First, I would do this the sly way.

use legal terms in front of the Principal, and maybe even bring a social worker, someone who feels the same way you do about the mental challenged.
I love everybody, but some people need to learn their lesson, and principals who don't want to do their job, need to be whipped into shape, if someone is harrassing, yes, use the word, HARASSING, or BULLYING, key words that school officials hate to hear, maybe debate your case a bit, show him that your not willing to let up.
If you get your way, the kid is set on watch, the next move he makes, bang, suspension.

Personally, it's easier just to make him mad, and essentially force him to attack you, DON'T HIT BACK.
Just slap him with 3 years in prison for assault.

I've never been bullied cause I made myself a weird reputation but I've spent years defending people, my sister used to help sometimes the worst things ever got was she hit someone accross the head with a suitcase. I'm yet to resort to violence only the threat of it

It takes a psychopath to deal with this sort of person, I am a psychopath, in every way, other than I have moral stipulations that help me refrain from ripping eyes out of sockets without even beating an eyelash, and even saying something witty afterwards.

So, just be as legal as possible with this situation, if you can't resort to devilry.

back to the subject, i think BMC1994 and Jackropha gave you good advices.
the idea is not to play by his rule, he want to think that in the world of students he has the power, show him there is no such world, there is one world with principles and parents
i much appreciate you moral attitude towards kids with problem ( such an attitude will last your whole life time ) it will gives you a lot of troubles, but will brings you real good friends

Just kidding, I'd tell the person who is in charge of the mental student section. If that doesn't work, just try to frighten him, trust me, sometimes it's the best solution. Stand tall and tell him what you think.

Standing up for someone who's weak is way above that douche's level....there's no way that he can stoop that low. Even if he gets into a fight, that fight will be for a bigger cause.
