Personally I love French Toast the best, especially cinnamon-ey ones. They da bomb.

Waffles. As much as I love pancakes, they absorb the syrup too easily. When you fill all the dimples in a waffle with syrup, even if it's all absorbed, it is evenly distributed perfectly throughout the waffle. Plus, it's easier to put stuff like Nutella and peanut butter on a waffle.
