DO we need to call one so we can put Congress back in its place? Yes or No?
This is the idea that is being pushed.

I say yes. The government is always threatening to cut the pay of soldiers, workers, social security, and medicare. This is both D(s) and R(s). Yet they never make a mention of themselves. Why should they be the exception?
While everyone has to pay into Medicare and SSI and make their own plan after they retire; they get payed whether or not they are in session or not. They even get payed after retiring. They insist on regulation (nothing wrong with that. As long as its common sense regulation and actually enforced. That is perfectly fine) They insist on regulation on anyone but themselves. So why shouldn't they obey the same laws as we are made to.
When the Framers of our nation saw representatives. They saw representatives for the people. Not career politicians.
I think congress and the president's pay and retirement pensions needs to be cut. They should pay into the same programs as well.
Congress wise alone. Well, if they can enforce term limits on the president. You know what? They should face term limits too.

Ron Paul wanted more term limits in politics.

He was the ideal choice for President.
