No it isn't a conformation of NaruHina. It just means that Hinata still likes Naruto, like she has throughout the whole series.

Why would anyone DOUBT Hinata's feelings NOW???
OK, it's just my opinion, but it really seems to reflect also the author's thoughts, the way it was presented as a PROMISE.
Just IMHO, nothing more.

I'm a NaruHina fan on very logical grounds:
1. I hold that true love is based on respect, admiration and common goals. Plus acceptance.
2. I always prefer happy endings and don't dismay on them until it's too late aka impossible.
3. I like nice people.

3. I like Hinata, cause she is not just shy (not as important), but actually kind and friendly and understanding - traits that Sakura only starts developing, if any.
2. I'd be really pissed off, if Kishi ditched such a nice girl's life. Naruto affected her life for the better in many aspects and situations, so even if she could find someone else, it would be kinda unfair to force her through it.
1. Her love towards Naruto is basically a very advanced form of friendship based on admiration and respect. Which is very close to how I understand true love (and I do mean real-life love), or at least is a prerequisite for it. I doubt you'd argue that Sakura lacks this nearly totally.
