Magellan vs Caesar Clown
Let's pretend that they can be hurt by each other's attacks.
Magellan can touch Caesar. Caesar doesn't get Shirokuni. Hope this isn't a stomp.

If he can use Venom Road to get within touching Clown, Magellan could win with an acidic touch. That's if removing the oxygen from Magellan's lungs doesn't immediately cripple him first.
Poison would be a non-factor between these two, since their bodies are pretty literally made up of them. It's just about the physical aspects of breathing and touch that really matter.
