Yes lucci wqs very powerfull at the time he was introduced.
But i dont think he measures up to the espada especially not grimjoww who posseses longe range attack like gran rey cero and his normal one in base not to mention his hierro which tanked an early getsuga tenshou like it was nothing. Grimjowws hierro can take any rankyakus lucci throws at him. Lucci needs geppo to move through the air. Grimjoww does unconciously. And thats just grimjow in base i am talking about.
