Eh a standard mid-fight chapter so not really much to discuss...

Kakashi being able to use Kamui on himself is new. I'm willing to roll with it though. Lets just say that he always had the potential to do it but just never realized he would survive the process.

Didn't particularly like the way he let Obito wail on him though. Considering his previous exhausted state and now all these injuries it is really pushing my willingness to believe he should still be fighting.

Guy being inspired by Naruto and using Afternoon Tiger is an interesting choice... guess this means he is willing to go big and risk it all. The 8th gate and final attack are probably coming soon.


The wood dragon technique apparently absorbs Bijuu chakra to grow large restraining trees, making it a much stronger variation of Zetsu's parasitic spore jutsu from the Kage Summit arc.

Is anyone else put off by Madara's comment about finding the Kakashi/Obito fight distracting and wanting to clear the field so he can go one on one with Naruto. I'm getting the feeling that Obito is going to get blindsided by his own ally soon.

Personally I'm really not feeling much in the way of hype over this Naruto/Madara fight. Madara didn't even know Naruto existed until a couple of in story hours ago, so I find it hard to believe he would be so deadset on taking Naruto seriously. He literally knows nothing about Naruto beyond him being a jinchuuriki and a member of the Uzumaki clan. It just feels weird...

...of course there is also the game breaking power levels they have both reached which really drags down the overall quality of things too.

And if/when Kakashi dies, he better die like a god because I don't want some silly death that makes him look weak.

I still hoping that Obito will remember who he once was after seeing Naruto take up his old ninja way. It would be awesome if Kakashi and him would fight side by side again.

I don't know why it was so prominent to me this time, but I really liked how you could see Naruto and the dragon in the back every time Obito and Kakashi were shown. It just kept everything timed perfectly and was just a good scene.

As for the actual chapter, it was pretty okay. At least Naruto defaulted to what he knew instead of coming up with some monster way to clear everything at once. I wonder if separating into clones puts any strain on Kurama, as he's adding his own chakra as well.

Guy is a badass as usual. He allegedly only uses taijutsu and unless that's more sweat, then I wonder what that was. Poor Guy is bleeding from his mouth though, obviously taking a beating. I feel more sorry for him than I do Kakashi, even with his lack of overall importance.

I don't want this to happen, but if it does, it should be when Lee is nearby so that he can see his sensei one last time and witness his heroic sacrifice firsthand.

Well I dont know why we have all the ''Let Kakashi Die'' fans but their haters to me. This chapter sucked yes but Kakashi won't die cuz hes a Malfia Boss so...... yea for all the Kakashi haters out there bow your head down in shame and take a ''L'' cuz Kakashi isn't goin no where

I know where your gettin at and I can understand that. You basically want the story to not be so touchy and hold hands type of thing and I want that to. Thats what made the One Piece War so godly and recently the Bleach Invasion. I don't want Kakashi to die but if he did then like Wishful said he needs to die in a godly way or atleast how the 3rd Raikage went down

As much as I love Kakashi, he does need to die. As Zoro said, the story shouldn't be so "touch and hold hands type of thing." Make his death good, like torn apart limb-by-limb from Kamui or something. I don't know. Just make it cool, but evolve the story a bit and make it not so shounen.

Jiraiya was my favorite character upon his death and I dealt with it, so Kakashi fans can do the same. Sacrifice for story.

Things aren't looking all that good for the Naruto crew despite the pep talk. Kakashi and Guy are beat to hell and should have already hit 0 chakra a long time ago. Now that Kakashi used Kamui again and took even more damage and Guy used Hirudora I don't see how they will be able to contribute anything to the fight. B also looks like he will continue to be useless. Poor Naruto and Kurama have to do all the heavy lifting against haxxed Madara and Obito. K11 better get there soon (although I'm not sure how much they could really help aside from some random "teamwork is magic" stunt).
