I learned how to cook through high school. Though its not my career, I learned mostly though family (being an only child of an Italian family) and working as a cook at a restaurant for all four years. I am pretty good with spices and seasonings! using the stove etc.. I prefer to cook outside on a grill, over a fire or in a pit! I guess its in my blood, but so is finance (yes I can cook your dinner and your books :-p )

I can cook anything with a recipe. I have specialty dishes I can make like mango duck, Hawaiian Hay Stacks, soups made from scratch, I can make my own noodles for chicken or turkey soup, bread, rolls, pies, many pasta dishes, Roast Beef with sides, many deserts, lots of different salads. Raspy likes my tuna sandwich mix and homemade hamburgers. I like the sandwich mix with chicken better though. xD I can make a lot and if I don't know how I look up a recipe.

I mostly cook with the stove and oven. I can bake chicken and fish pretty decently, make pasta, rice, and fry small foods.

I don't usually get fancy with the dishes, though. Just your basic food groups, and usually everything is with rice or bread. XD

I'm much better at baking.

I can NOW haha, it took a lot of practice though! I used to be at a point where everything I cooked exploded...

I cook with a stove and oven, and I can cook steak, chicken, rice, etc. I can make pasta too, and french fries

I also make sushi, if that is considered cooking :P

The only thing I'm really good at though is making french toast and bread haha :P but bread would be more like baking, wouldn't it? I dunno hahaha.
