The second vs the fourth, two Hokages face each other in a duel to the death. Who will win?

Location: Training field.
Knowledge: Minato knows what he has read in history books, Tobirama has little or no knowledge.

He does have that water wall and water dragon which he both pulled out of thin air.

But in the end tobirama wont be hitting him with those.

A well placed rasengan should take him out.
