The fight is in the forest of death

No prep
No knolwedge of each other
Bloodlusted
They both start at different sides of the forest and they have each other's scent
No ninja tools
Animals are active
All anime feats

Who wins?

Akamaru just followed Kiba's orders all the time so the dog doesn't have much mental or thinking capabilities. So I don't see how his own dog would beat him.

Okay in Part 1, Akamaru was a small thing. All you had to do was kick him.

Since its Part 2, and Akamaru is blood lusted and huge, he goes all rabid and eats Kiba because he's tired of taking orders.

(pretty sure this battle is animal abuse)

Are you saying a huge rabid dog is going to beat a super human ninja with weapons, jutsus, is smarter, and has his army pill. Don't see Kiba losing this.

I thought I took out weapons in the OP but I guess I just took out prep... hmmm whatever!?!?

weapons are EASILy dodged or Akamaru takes cover behind a tree
or
Akamaru goes towards the weapons with passing fand
or
catches the weapon in it's mouth like fetch

One hit from Akamaru's pee and it is over for Kiba! That will take Akamaru by surprise

Kiba wins, Akamaru is at a serious disadvanage, he has no ninja tools and onlu one jutsu, while Kiba has tools, food pills and at least two jutsu's he can use without Akamaru.

1. fang over fang (Akamaru can do that alone)
2. man beast clone (?)

And can't Akamaru turn red when bloodlusted??

Well Akamaru can only do Tunneling fang, fang over fang is something he and Kiba have to do together.

Kiba can do Tunneling Fang and All Fours Jutsu

Man Beast Clone is also something that only really has purpose when Kiba and Akamaru are working together and even so Kiba is the one who has to use it.

Akamaru turns red once Kiba has given him a food pill, not when he's bloodlusted.

Ninja tools are easier to dodge with their location thanks to the obstacles (trees) and Akaamaru's fast movements!

All fours does not really give him an advantage but puts him near Akaamru's level

Actually both of them having tunneling fang makes them even, Kiba having food pills and all fours jutsu put him over Akamaru.
