Kid Sasuke Vs Konahamaru
Kid Sasuke - Has Chidori, but his curse mark his sealed by Kakashi, basically his exact condition when he fought Gara at the Chunin Exams.
Konahamaru- His feats, Including his fight with Naruto in the Chunin Exams OVA. He was able to to use Naruto's special Rasangan, Asumas Fire Jutsu and The Thirds Shadow Shuriken Technique as well as match Narutos shadow clones. They are fighting in the woods. Standard Ninja Gear, what they would need for a basic mission.

Konohamaru, no contest. He basically seems to be Naruto at that time but better. Naruto was equal or even marginally superior.
