Think about it when Orbito seen that coffin open, he was scared. But why sould it be the actually Madara? because it wasnt, I think it most likely was Rin in that final Coffin.

It just shocked Obito that someone figured out he wasn't the real Madara. And since Madara died in a cave he wanted to know how Kabuto obtained Madara DNA in order to perform Edo Tensei.

I really like this idea. Remember, as far as we know Obito assumed that Kabuto didn't know who he was. It was why he was curious just how much information was given away by Orochimaru. By having Rin's soul and being able to control it, essentially he told Obito he knew who he was, and would not hesitate to manipulate that person who was likely his motivation...very interesting!

Its a great idea, but sadly Kalmeast is 100% right! We see in a flashback exactly who is in the coffin. Though I am not quite sure why Obito reacts the way he did? unless he feared that Kabuto would turn Madara against him.

Why would he care at that point? His identity was important when it came to dealing with Nagato, but he died. In fact the only non-dead person there who know presumably knew he wasn't actually madara was Kabuto, and at the end of the day that was pretty meaningless to.

I don't know, i think it lost meaning as the whole Tobi being Obito rolled out. Madara shouldn't have been the one in the coffin, just because the fear factor wasn't there enough. Even if (lets say) the villages knew he wasn't Madara, he still stole 7 out of 9 tailed beasts and threatened the world with that. I believe the identity was used more as a way to influence more so than anything else.

Also, I believe the purpose of understanding HOW the ET worked was because of fear that Kabuto would use Madara...but that's off topic of the thread. I look at what the OP said, and think that would have had more meaning in the end because it wouldn't have been as predictable unless the conclusion of Obito was drawn immediately. I guess I thought the coffin would have a lot more potential being someone other than the first obvious choice.

edit: by influence I mean influence the akatsuki, not really anyone else.

It was already explained that Obito was Tobi this whole time when the time he was revealed in the chapter. And you can also see, that before we even knew that Tobi was Obito Madara was revived with Edo Tensi.
