Jotaro Kujo vs Tobi and Madara
Jotaro Kujo has Time Stop and Star Plantium.
Tobi (Obito) has his zetsu craziness Madara has EMS. If it's a stomp for Tobi and Madara add in Koichi Hirose to Jotaro's team.

Stands in Jojo, especially time manipulators, are too fast and hax for something like HST. And why Koichi?
