I mean ppl are not seeing the legitness in tobito's resolve... Sasuke's resolve was nonesense until Tobi's came to the light... All of a sudden, sasuke going rogue makes a lot more sense... Really...

Let's have a good debate on this one... WHO HAS BETTER REASON FOR GOING ROGUE?

while u're at it remember the real reason sasuke went rogue which is different from the real reason he wanted to kill Itachi... Sasuke didn't go rogue because his parents were killed... just a reminder

^ think about it again... obito was willing to face a jonin by himself, just to save rin, even if kakashi wouldn't help... Rin's death goes beyond just feeling of love but into losing what he had sacrifice himself to protect...

Obito's desire to protect Rin goes beyond mere reason, so that his body acted instinctively when he pushed them out of the way of the rock, without considering himself being crushed down.

If this same person saw kakashi chidori the very person he'd protected (that put him in the predicament in the first place)....???

if that was you, 13 yrs old, what more reason would you need... what would you do?

I mean really, sasuke left the village that was holding him back because the same village made Naruto who was now stronger than him. Made no friggin sense.

But other than that, Obito is the formula that explains Sasuke's action, Cliff's notes if you will, instead years of drips and drabs.

Saskue had a better plot and we have more info on why he is rogue

I do not like the fact that Obito turned evil for just one girl but Obito wants peace..... Saskue wants revenge

Tobi. His wasn't about just killing his brother and continuing to be rogue jus cuz. He unintentionally became rogue and had to recup, but ended up just going along with it after losing his only reason for doing anything to begin with.

It wasn't about revenge, it was just about regaining what he lost. I like it far more than Sasuke's reason.

Yeah I gotta agree on this. Hanzo was running things in ame, the three sennin couldn't take him. Holds Konan captive.

Frankly, I understand why Sasuke would be mad at the leaf, but frankly he is being a little selfish. Itachi made the choice to kill the Uchiha, he could of defied Danzo and saved his clan. Itachi even explained this to Sasuke. Yet he still wants to go back and destroy the hidden leaf. Obito lost half of his body and watched his rival kill the girl he loved. Obito's anger toward Kakashi makes sense. I would not be surprised if Madara had a hand in not only Kakashi killing Rin, but also Itachi slaughtering the Uchiha. I know Kakashi is a pragmatist but really to KILL Rin because they were surrounded and she had some type of special blood line. Really? That doesn't fit Kakashi at all. He would rather fight to the death. He couldn't even bring himself to kill Sasuke when he had the chance. How would this same man in his youth make such a drastic choice as to kill his child hood friend? Madara knew that Obito wouldn't like what he saw on the outside. He has to have a hand in all of this.

Sasuke is actually representing (although he is doing a crappy job) a entire group which would even include tobito. His reason for leaving is legit. He even said in the beginning there is only 1 thing i dream 'killing a certain man'. Which is exactly what he lived by until that point.

And it seems sasuke might make a 180 afetr visiting the one who know all.

Anyway sasuke>>>>>>>>>>>>obito.

One girl vs Entire clans with man,women,children and a multitude of girls.

Why do these threads making me vouch for sasuke keep appearing T.T

I love Obito's character but Sasuke had a much better reason, psychological torture and witnessing the mass murder of his family could break the resolve of anyone short of a psychopath. Oro was the key to him gaining a large amount of power in a limited amount of time. Think about it, he really had no other options.

He'd have to be at least shippuden Kakashi level to even pose a threat to Itachi. The only people in the village at that time who would've been strong enough to train Sasuke to even show up on Akatsuki's radar were Jiraiya (who was already mentoring Naruto), Gai who had Lee, Danzo and no one had a clue what he could do, and arguably Tsunade who had Sakura and Ino. Sasuke had already witnessed what Itachi could do to Kakashi while he was at full strength. It would take them over a decade to get Sasuke where Oro got him in three years.

Not to mention, Kishi's completely ignored Obito's parents. As far as we know he isn't an orphan so he still has his mom and dad back at the village waiting for him to come back. I don't know why Kishi stresses the value of parents for characters like Naruto, Gaara, and Neji but then ignores them for Lee, Sakura, and Obito.
