Slyfoxx, I have took into consideration what you said, but think about it...
well, we knew he got the Rinnegan, but we thought it was by some major reasoning, with a real explanation.
The definition of UchiHAX: Any powerup or plot device related to any Uchiha that is never explained.
UchiHAX are: Mangekyo, EMS, Izanami, Izanagi, Obito living, Sasuke still wanting to be a villain, Totsuka sword and Yata mirror, Perfect Susanoo, Rinnegan/EMS switchy thingy, Itachi Twist, Sasuke, Tobito.

Madara's random obtaining of the Rinnegan fits perfectly with the UchiHAX particle, and if that doesn't do it for you.
Obito calling himself Madara out of the blue, where's his reasoning behind acting as Madara? Madara never asked him to BE him, he just said I will be with you, and it is never explained WHY?
If that isn't enough, being able to fuse will and create a living creature... he did this... without the rinnegan? Explain how he did that with Black Zetsu and the Pole, WITHOUT RINNE TENSEI.

Good, were on the same page, I can come up with more UchiHAX if you want, but it is a With victory, as much as I am disappointed to say
