ditto has the imposter ability now so it transforms when it enters the battle, so it no longer wastes a turn to transform

Not to mention it copies over all of the stats, so if you scarf it then it'll infact be faster than most other pokemon barring... other scarfed pokemon.

Imposter doesn't copy the HP stat, and ditto's is pretty low, much lower than anything in the uber tier I would assume. So if it takes 2+ hits to kill the other pokemon, ditto might still get one shot because of that. But it could definitely be a good strategy if you time it right.
