If Tobi was really some kind of a Zetsu why he rememberes what he was thinking, what Rin said to him, how he was kissing Rin on his team picture.

Possiblities
20% - When Zetsu became Obito he aquired all ... all that belonged to him including memories, mentality, character.

80% - Obito is still Obito.

Tobi is not zetsu. Tobi is the name of that Zetsu, my prediction is that Tobi died (meaning that zetsu) and obito went on to use his name as a tribute to him since he is helping obito to get to rin and kakashi and what not.
