Are there Weddings in the Naruto world?

I wanna know if couples actually get married or something else! Because you never hear of anyone getting married.

But Asuma and Kurenai never got official right? I mean he got her pregnant and they presumably lived together before he died... I think.

Simplest answer:
Look up the word WIFE/HUSBAND/MARRIAGE in the manga.
If it was mentioned, ever, we get the answer.

(It WAS mentioned just last week in the filler - but this is less canon.)

I remember Hiruzen reffering to Biwako as his wife. That or someone else said that was Hiruzen's wife either way we know they have do get married but if there is a wedding ritual or not I'm sure

Yes, People do get married in the Naruto world. You can look up all kinds of cool stuff on this website: http://naruto.wikia.com (This website can contain spoilers for those that aren't up to date on the series.)
They say that some Shinobi have gotten married, such as Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzamaki.
