1st sceniro- Goku gets mind F******** !! Goku has no way of breaking out. Goku has no mental feats at all. Itachi can put his mind though whatever. He would emotionally and physically tire Goku with whatever Itachi pleases. WHile Goku is under genjutsu Itachi would seal him with Tokusta sword or use the time to activate Izanmai.

2nd sceniro- GOku is a Barbarian!!! He wants to fight the best and overcome everything. He would dare Goku to use genjutsu again and the same result woul happen above. Goku has no feats that show he can mentally beat Itachi's genjutsu

Do you remember how people break out of most GJ's in naruto including tsukyomi?

They fluctuate their chakra. And with energy equalized chakra=ki. In DBz goku constantly fluctuates hi s energy(ki) which means most genjutsus are pretty much useless on him

Also if energy is not equal then tsukyomi won't work period as GJ's require chakra to work
