It could just be bad translations? as was said there was two Naruto's the one that disappeared after attacking and the one standing by Bee. I suspect that is the real Naruto though you never know with Mr.Kishi Uchiha.

He knew it is a bunshin because its his sharringan special ability. When Madara fought Hashirama he can also distinguish Hashirama's clone from the original.

Madara had Rinnegan activated when he said it was a bunshin.
Rinnegan cannot see if it is a bunshin or not, that's why Nagato was fooled by Kage Bunshin a few times.
Also, a Kage Bunshin makes an exact copy of the user, there is no way to tell if it is real or not.
Madara probably knew it was a clone because he couldn't sense Kyuubi.

...I just hope that Kishi will explain everything, bit by a bit, in atleast understandable way (Izanami I understood after third time reading it). Explanation "Madara is just hard mothertrucker" won't work.

What im trying to imply is.. Madara was able retained his sharringan ability while rinnegan is active.. Therefore he can recognize the clone from the original w/o switching back to sharringan.

Well, that'll only applies to those who posses an incomplete version of rinnegan.. Unlike Nagato and Tobi, Madara's rinnegan is the perfect version..

Madara noted that he could see through Hashirama's clone so technically its sharringan ability since he doesnt have rinnegan at the time they fought but since Madara's rinnegan consists of sharringan & rinnegan abilities, he can still recognize a clone w/o changing his eye back to sharringan.

Which is why I said that it's an ability unique to Madara, or more specifically his eyes. His wonderfully OP magical eyeballs and their "visual prowess"

No one else with Sharingan or MS has been shown to see through shadow clones, although Sasuke hasn't fought Naruto yet, so maybe it's an ability that EMS users have.
