Tell Which Justsu Is Better Rasengan Or Chidori???
I'd say Rasengan for some reason WHY? IDK lol

But anyway...Umm i cant choose! Rasengan affects the inside chidori the outside. Chidori is a quick death Rasengan is torture.

It's a hard choice they are both very strong and they both have variations (chidori senbon,etc. and Rasenshuriken,etc.)

Rasengan. Base rasengan is more powerful than base chidori. Chidori is lightning style. Rasengan is pure chakra, and can have ANY chakra type added to it, so long as the shinobi is skilled enough. Both can be altered to have various forms, but i say RASENGAN wins.

If were talkin about the basic jutsu, plain Chidori and plain Resangan, I'd have to say Resangan. Trying to put biases aside, I think that it's better since Chidori is more like a knife/sword kind of thing and it would be easier to dodge then Resangan since it is more in your face, and more like an explosion and would be alot harder to get out of the way. (That is if were talking about Ninja's that are extremly profitiant in the jutsu, not Naruto and Sasuke, Sasuke's Chidori would beat Naruto's Resangan)
