the disadvantage is in control of movement in the air for example Sanji can't float in one spot in the air. She would a very effective lookout and it would improve the girl to guy ratio in the crew, cause clearly two girls in the crew not enough.

Maybe Monet's ability has nothing to do with a snow Fruit...Caesar said she was following Law transformed into something else...hard to say at this point....

Birds don't float either. They have to flap their wings. Sanji just does it with his legs instead of his arms. I'm sorry if this is technical, but Sanji can fly. However, I'll give in to her probably being able to do it longer.

Latter because of her Devil Fruit being aging.
Aging got to do with size.
As in:
Caesar uses her DF to create a drug that mods size alone taking out the aging part.
Just how Bonney increases her size from Child to Adult but without aging.

That's a bit of a stretch. Urouge had more to do with size than her. If Vegapunk could copy Kizarus ability, why not Urouge's?

If Caesar can put a DF in a slime, then I think he's learned DF testing from Vegapunk.

Dun, dun, dun technicalities~

Vegapunk is experimenting putting DFs inside inanimate objects, but if the gas was poison and corrosive, you could technically say that it consumed the DF itself. Which means that it was only an accident that Ceasar came upon this power.
