Oro is implanting Senju (as rich as possible, hence Yamato) into Sasuke in order to obtain the Rinnegan.

Oro knows where Yamato is located due to the fact he would have seen his location through Kabuto. Just like he could see through Anko.

Scroll... Sasuke and Orochimaru were talking about "them". About "the beggining", about some questions, knowledge, clan etc... There were around three begginings, that started something new. First would be when first Uchiha went mad for first Senju - but it would went too far, it was more like legend than real characters, sage is more like Jesus. Second would be when Naruto was born - but that wouldn't interest Sasuke. And almost none died except for Kushina and Minato.

Third option is Uchiha massacre. And that would interest Sasuke the most, because it is about his clan, true meaning of his hatred, etc. Scroll can probably revive someone who knows a lot of things about that time. So in my opinion, it can be Shisui, Sasuke parents, or even all Uchiha clan members that were killed then.

It would fit the plot, because it is the place that Sasuke knows very well. It would also fit with Naruto - Naruto didn't know his parents, but he talked to them - which gave him great strength and spirit. Sasuke knew his parents, but he lost them, and now he is able to talk to them again. It would complete him as character, because maybe he would regain peace.

it may very well be his parents; maybe they can give him answers on why they supposedly chose to rebel and why they felt it was worth it to risk so much, including the lives of their children.

It would be interesting, but I just don't see that being the case. If you think about it, he wants to know the truth, and i don't think Yamato has any special information that Kabuto or Orochimaru wouldn't have had. No, I think this location is to the actual place where Tobi came from, and where this "cult of Uchiha" is, where answers can be found, and the one who knows all is probably a specially ET'd elder son of the SoSP or even better!! the younger son of the SoSP!!!

I think this is WAYYY bigger than Yamato. Oro should already have some senju DNA stashed away.
