Film: Rurouni Kenshin (Live Action Movie)

Amazed nothing about this has been posted....well, seems that people that thought ''good anime to good live action'' would never happen better bet ready to change their minds, since the Rurouni Kenshin live action movie is changing all that, it debuted at #1 in the Japanese movie charts (taking The Avengers down to the 2nd spot) and in its first 5 days it grossed 554.48 million Yen (US $7 million, but for Japan, it's a big deal) and seems it has been licensed to be released in over 60 countries, seemingly in a theatrical release (no word on US yet, but chances are we'll get it)

Now, if anyone here that's in Japan has seen it, what are your thoughts?

Just because it had a good opening doesn't mean it is a good movie.

That seems to be normally the case, but all the reviews I've read imply that finally a live action movie based off an anime did it right, of course in the end it'll be matter of personal preference (I can see most of the forum hating it, for example, or go 50/50)

Now, we won't know until we see it, hehe

As far as I know, there's only 1 page that's streaming it, but you need to download something to see it, and it includes a paid subscription, guess we'll have to wait to see it some more

Also, sorta, Warner Bros. has the rights for a Bleach movie, but nothing else is known yet
