unfortunately, it hasn't been revealed yet. You can wait until the July issue of Shonen Jump, or look on the japanese site. To get there:

1) go to wikipedia and type naruto.
2) scroll down to where it says, "List of Naruto manga volumes" and click on it.
3) scroll down to part II and look for volume 45.
4) To the right, there is the japanese release date followed by a citation (small number in a box). Click on the number and it should automatically scroll down to the references. Click on the words next to the number you just clicked.
5) Unless if you don't want the japanese language pack, (if the small window pops up, depending on your computer), click cancel or "X" out of it and it should take you to the page with the volume cover! You can also look at previous volume covers by clicking the down arrow button next to the "Go" Button.

P.S. You can also look at other series' voulme covers (depending if the english title is the same as the japanese) by typing the series' name in the search area. After you enter it, a seperate window/ tab should open with results of your search. If the series you are looking for is not there, try going to wikipedia and look there!
