Plus we make threads about Hiruzen fighting someone else even though he is dead

I am not an expert on battleground rules but where does it say he can not summon Manda???

Plus their is still is water globs. His cannons attack stright on so Sugeitsu can dodge them... at least turn into a puddle and lay flat

Well he shouldn't be able to.

In the manga, Suigetsu can no longer summon Manda. Not like he would anyway.

That's different. Suigetsu is unable to summon Manda in the current manga

it could go either way a key thing is location if theres a water source nearby like a lake or ocean suigetsu would more likely be the victor but if they were in a desert like location then jugo would have the upper hand as suigetsu gets tired fast so all jugo has to do is out last suigetsu sippy cup.

suigetsu hasnt got zabuza's sword so half his style of fighting would be ineffective without a sword in his hands so jugo activates his curse mark to gain the upperhand with brute strength thus losing restraint and control leaving suigetsu with the opportunity to out smart jugo like lead him to a water source if ones nearby, if so he wins if not its jugo strength that will overcome suigetsu for the win.

Madna was summoned using a reverse-summon technique based within the confines of a scroll. As this is classified as equipment rather than his own ability (due to his lack of a pact with snakes) and his lack of use beyond that one prepared point, it can be concluded said scroll is not part of his usual equipment and thus cannot be used in this battle unless stated otherwise.

I still do not see how Juugo will land significant damage....

Sugeitsu survived a TBB! (with the help of a lake)
Sugeitsu would be able to move out of the way from the lasers(Ay underestimated him and he was close and had his arm within Juugo... which is why it was a close call for him)
Sugeitsu could form a puddle to dodge or move out of they way or just try and tank it

Juugo would think he killed him then Sugeitsu would drown him

i agree suigetsu is more likely to win but in an episode suigetsu got tired from just walking while karin and sasuke weren't even puffed so if they were in a hot dry enviroment jugo would hav more of a chance

Since the location was not decided by bg standards the battle is in a

Setting: The default battle area is the Battle Grounds Arena: a colossal arena that looks somewhat like a Roman Amphitheatre. It is typically a 250 feet by 200 feet ellipse, though the size is adjustable in accordance to the size of the contestants; the opposing sides start out about 100 feet from one another. The Arena is itself next to completely indestructable. The audience are protected from stray energy blasts/debris/body parts by a godly powered forcefield. The ground of the arena itself does not have this protection, nor is the skydome covered by it. Where a fight can take to space if the characters have that capability

plus a water bottle is standard equipment
