Obito was Tobi all the time even when he first met Kisame, when he attacked Konoha (Tobi vs Minato)...

U ask me why am i 100% sure ? Check out his voice. It's the same all the time.

The big question is: Tobi offered Kisame to join forces (when Kisame obtained Samehada). It seems something happened and Tobi should have disappeared for a while because Kisame didnt know that he was pulling the strings in Akatsuki.

Don't recall. It was when Tobi was telling Sasuke about the massacre after Itachi died.

This really isn't a very good reason. Do you honestly think that the people in charge of the anime (including those in charge of voice actors) knew before this week that Tobi was Obito? Kishi doesn't have all that much involvement in the anime. That's why it was such a big deal that he was working with the people that made the Road the Ninja movie.

Actually, the Pre-Sasuke vs. Itachi fight Tobi has a different voice actor than the one doing the voice in the currently episodes airing in Japanese. By your logic, the first 120ish episodes of Shippuden had a completely different Tobi than any other time in the series. Doesn't make a lot of sense and there is no evidence to support that.

Madara is yet to be given a voice in the anime. Wouldn't your whole logic be messed up if the producers were to give him the same VA as Tobi?

Yes i agree but it'd be nonsense to have the same actual voice of Tobi. Let Madara have the same VA as Tobi but 100% of his voice.. its a little bit of a nonsense.

My whole theory will be right if: Itachi met Tobi after Tobi had met Kisame (If we assume that Madara was dead by those times.)

All we do know is Madara was alive long enough to know about Nagato.

When he died we don't know.

Maybe Itachi didnt know how exactly did Madara look like. So he saw in Obito one perfect example for one being Madara. Space-time techniques, can control and summon Kurama, having Hashirama's cells.

I think Tobi always pretended to be Madara and just took over when Madara died.

Yeah, unless Zetsu recorded all of Madara's thoughts (possible) then later, transferred them to Obito. If Nagato was a brat to Madara, would he know and train Obito? I never thought "him" was zetsu, but others have raised the question.

Well you shouldn't really based it on that, as the anime company wouldn't know.
