One Piece was cool-ish. It's always well written, but it didn't have some huge unveiling like the other chapters. Bleach was pretty cool. Kenpachi got his shit whooped and Yamamoto is on a rampage. Naruto, I thought would lose the vote solely due to Tobito, but he looks pretty interesting beneath the mask and I kind of liked the chapter. I think I'll give it to Naruto and Bleach this week.

One Piece, as always, was a great chapter. Good storytelling, plenty of dialogue and jokes to go around. Not to mention G-5 and Vergo. I would say it's only downfall was that it couldn't stand up to the big reveals the others in the HST had this week.
Bleach was a surprise, especially after seeing Kenpachi off-paneled and Yamamoto going on a rampage. For once, we actually see that old man doing something that doesn't involve killing his subordinates. Buckbeard's name was nice too. Naruto had an already expected reveal of Tobi's identity, being one that was predicted by many in the fanbase years ago. However, I liked Kishi's spin on the backstory by making it without dialogue and more akin to the silent films back then. Plus, young Gai! I'd say this week's vote goes to Naruto.
