50,000 Zetsus vs Agent Smith

Conditions:
Agent Smith's attack and speed is reduced by 25%, defense by 10%
Agent Smith takes 2 times longer to change a zetsu into an Agent.
Agent Smith can't fly. Average leaping ablilities.
Another Agent can be used as a support(Either defense or attack combo)

Zetsu cannot transform into Matrix characters, Uchihas, Senjus, Kages, jinchurikis.
Zetsu cannot perform a genjutsu under a mimicked character.
Only 25 zetsus can ambush at a time.
Zetsu cannot use Mayfly.
Kimimaro can be used as a support.(Larch dance UNS3 type support)

Agent Smith is still a beast. I think It would be close, but Agent Smith would come out on top. I don't think Zetsu has anything in his repertoire to actually kill Smith.

Zetsu can speedblize. He's a ninja.

smith is also fast too. Even with reduced speed he is faster than zetsu.

What's with all the Matrix threads all of a sudden? I never thought I would see people refering to the Matrix and Naruto at the same time. Smith would win though. He could turn the Zetsus into his clones and then He would have their abilities.
