The reason I haven't been RPing and I wish to join/start one that's fun

Basically, take it as this:

Last time I RP'd was Kukae Academy and that crashed and burned in a few days. Previous to that, I was a small name on the forum. I had modest days in the past. I remember my 1st battle between Line, Noctis, and I. I was so new to everything and now, it seems like that was ages ago. I met my first friends, including loganace and joon61, but our current connections are nothing more than occasional jokes in off-topic.

I took some time with the War System, but it lost it's charm. I wish to start a role play/freeverse that will fare out nicely between the RPing community and me.

The way I see it is everyone wants a new RP, but nobody is taking the initiative to start one that they want to do. 'Cept Maik. And when somebody does start one, one of two things happen. Either that one person can't keep the Role Play alive with whoever they've "hired" to keep the section alive...or new people wanting to get good at the RP join and the oldies' egos swell and they don't shut the hell up about how great they are and how they were the best. And then the noobs leave because nobody wants to hear the original people talk about their greatness.

The ways RPs go on a site like this is badly. You have guys who truly want to start and RP and can stick with it. But those people are usually people who ONLY do RPs. Then you have guys who start RPs just to do it, for fun. Which is okay. But on a site like this when being a debater in the BG isn't really recreational for some users, it's religious, and being someone who posts in Off-Topic or a helper or whatever other activities there are on this site, if you wanna do all of that, you can't start and RP.

Get a group together that knows what they're doing and stop talking about how much you want to make a new RP and actually make the damn thing. And when/if you become the best at whatever you're doing, don't let your ego swell and allude yourself into thinking you're the shit and maybe people will want to stay in an RP longer than a week.
