PTS Sasuke Vs PTS Neji

No prep
What would happen if the final of the Chunin exams were these two?
Neji vs the number one rookie, and Sasuke was the, well other number one rookie
Sasuke has no curse mark
Manga knowledge
In the Chunin stadium
Sasuke has chidori and can use three times
Both are at full health and have all skills learnt up to the point of the end of the chunin exams arc (Sasuke vs Gaara, Neji vs Naruto)

Please feel free to ask or tell me if this is bad and needs any improvements

I give this to Neji due to him being able to cut of Sasuke chakra every time he hits him (sort of) and with the amount of chakra it takes to use chidori he will struggle and collapse. Also Sasuke was about as fast as Lee without weights and Neji was said to be as fast. Nobody will blitz and it will be a draw in speed with Neji maybe having the advantage as Lee said he would have to use the gates one Neji to win. Whether or not chidori can break through palm rotation is another question, but he should be able to put it up in another time to block and attacks Sasuke has coming. Also lets not forget than Neji is said to be a genius and would know a lot about the Uchiha and know what they can do such as their sharingan and fire style but the same may go for Sasuke who may know a lot about the Hyuuga and theri byakugan and taijutsu. Also Neji has seen Sasuke in action and has been said to be stronger than Lee who is stronger than Sasuke.

Neji wins
He can easily dodge/counter long ranged attacks
And going in close is sucicide

Neji stomps.

Neji could somewhat take on KN0 Naruto.
Sasuke got roflstomped by KN0 Naruto.

And Sasuke is a worse version of Lee when it comes to Taijutsu. He can't keep up that speed very long.

It is a major setback that Saskue does not have curse mark

Neji takes this quite easily neji probably shuts his chakra points down before he can even use chidori.
Even if sasuke manages to use chidori there will be either a kaiten waiting or he will get evaded and countered by gentle fist since its a move that charges straight forward.
Sasuke having lees speed is not even a factor consering lee challenged neji countless times and everytime lee lost.
Also all sasuke fire jutsu will get kaitened
Neji still stomp him in taijutsu due byakugan, chakra points and damage from the inside.
Sasuke doesnt have any genjutsu.

Really without curse mark he doesnt even stand a chance. People often underestimate hyuga but they are dangerous one on one opponents.

I did check to see if there were any other threads and I could not find any.

Saskue can not really do anything
Fire attacks are his only chance but.... (they are easy to dodge and counter)
