Lots of people aren't understanding what just happened between Tobi, Kakashi, Naruto at all (besides that Kakashi is being epic).

So let's start:

1. Kakashi realizes it was his own kunai and not Naruto's punch that damaged Tobi's mask.

How could that be? Well Tobi can warp himself to another dimension and Kakashi's Kamui warps things to another dimension. So when Tobi phased to the other dimension and Kakashi used Kamui to send the kunai to the other dimension so it wouldn't hit Naruto, Tobi was struck by the kunai! Therefore Kamui sends things to the exact same dimension Tobi warps to.... which makes it more likely that Tobi has Obito's eye but that's another discussion.

2. Kakashi tests his one jutsu theory.

Up until then they've believed Tobi was using two jutsus (to become intangible then physical and to affect other matter), but after seeing Tobi's mask damaged Kakashi realizes he may just be using a single jutsu to warp to and from the same dimension he uses for Kamui and leaving a sort of resonant image behind.

3. Tobi is hit by Rasengan. Kakashi's theory is correct.

So many people are confused about how Tobi's arm was hit. Kakashi got Naruto to aim a Rasengan at Tobi so Tobi would phase himself to the other dimension. Kakashi then used Kamui to warp the Rasengan to Tobi's dimension and the Rasengan hit Tobi in the other dimension.

Hope that helps people better understand the last two chapters.

Meaning how their eyes are linked.

But if they compare to his ability with Kakashi's Kamui, remember when Kakashi compared Tobi's ability to Minato's Flying Thunder God jutsu, its the Space–Time Migration.

The question is, is he using that ability with his Sharingan or his chakra??

The kunai went past Tobi and yet it scratched him in the face...

secondly, The rasengan went completely into through and pass his left arm but yet it hit him in the right? What's going on with this?

The rasengan hit tobi because Kakashi used Kamui on the rasengan, since both of their dimension are linked somehow.

Yah, I was wondering this too. It'll be good if someone can clear this up.

The head, though. I THINK it's because Tobi only sent his head into the dimension and not his whole body. So the kunai can only hit Tobi's face.

The arm, I'm sure, but here's what I think: The entry/exit into the dimension is really narrow. Only one person/attack can be in it at once. So, when Tobi warps into another dimension, Kakashi Kamuid the kunai at the same time. The Kunai probably hit his head when Tobi was coming out of the dimension. With the rasengan, Tobi's right arm was the last thing out of the dimension, I think. So Tobi's right arm and the rasengan were in the exit at the same time and collided. I think that's what it is, but it doesn't make much sense. xDD

If I remember right, didn't Deidara suddenly get his arms back after Kakashi Kamui'd them off? This would explain how. Tobi could easily retrieve them for Kakuzu to sew them back.
