Given that Koto can be used through eye coverings when the target isn't even looking at the use, I doubt closing his eyes will help.

If Hiruzen attack head on without letting up he could win. Though lookingbat both fighters Danzo has a slight edge. All he needs to do is touch Hiruzen to seal up his movements. It should be especially easy with the use or Izanagi.
