Their duel ended with a Lannister soldier stabbing Eddard in the leg. But what if their duel had continued, without intervention from the surrounding soldiers?

I'm pretty sure he can give it to Jamie while Jamie can likely beat him if the sword of morning so much as breathed on you too hard..and you didn't die instantly you were pretty much a monster
