Inquiry and Licensing Issue
I'm running a game development company and i'm interested to know how does one get rights or licensing permission to use Naruto concept art, skills, etc.. to create a game.
I'm been searching around and even contacted Masashi Kishimoto and have come to no reply. |

Well you might have to go to Viz directly or something. We don't license or anything on this site.

 I'm asking where to obtain the licensing. Since you suggested Viz i will email them to see i get any leads to the correct provider.
