When do you guys awaken because there is definitly major strategy in it

First I wanna start off with something funny. When your opponent has no subs and you have 4 subs, then they awaken and in their mind for some reason I guess it makes them invincible and they rush in. I feel like I gotta say this....IF YOU ARE GOING TO AWAKEN MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SUBS IF YOU ARE GOING TO RUSH, IT DOES NOT TURN INTO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT GAME BECAUSE YOU AWAKENED...I WILL STILL SUB YOU AND PULL OFF AN AMAZING COMBO.

And 2....I AM NOT AFRAID OF YOUR AWAKENING I actually perfer when people awaken because they usually always either spam easily dodged projectile jutsus or rush in like they cant be subbed.....so basically they rush in butt naked.


Now we can turn this into a best time to awaken thread.

Iv had this game since day 1 so iv seen all the trends and cycles this game has gone through. And as of now i can say it is NEVER a good idea to awaken against a good player. The lack of support is just too much an obstacle to overcome against good players. As you can guess I dont awaken much with ANYBODY. I dont do it because I think its cheap or anything(As some ppl think...they will actually bash you for using a feature of the game)but when I do its usually only if someone just used their support AND they have no subs. And I do that just because its more damage on the combo. When they get their support back I hang back and try to bait em to use it before they get their subs back.

I wanna hear when you guys awaken. Do you just do it as soon as you get it...Do you do it near end of matches?(Iv beat ppl who awakened Susanoo late in a match that they probably wouldve won otherwise) Ect


The only awakening that I see being used EVERY MATCH is Masked Man's. For obvious reasons. But it seems as if other good players never awaken

Well first off lets talk about what awakening to use

pick something smalll and that has a side bonus

Like the hyguas they are not a big target(unlike Susanno) and you take chakra away
or Kisame he has a new jutsu and is fast

I wake up (lol get it) when I have good subs and I put my opponet in a corner. I should have good chakra and after I fall alseep(lol get it AGAIN) i keep distance

I usually don't awaken unless my opponent is beating me by a huge margin. If I'm not losing or winning by that much, I usually won't awaken at all.

I main Sasori so my opponents underestimate my awakening, thinking I'm
just gonna stand there attacking with the puppet waves being all
vulnerable, but no...

I awaken when I notice that if I don't, I'll lose, and against spammers to
give them what they deserve. I expect people to either spam shurikens or
rush me, when they spam, I chakra dash and chakra shuriken fire them,
knocking them to the ground. Then it's puppet/fire time and repeat until I
revert back to my normal form.

When they rush, I jump and chakra shuriken fire, they sub, I repeat until
they run out of subs. Then I do the above.

I do what they least expect me to do, which always works. I rape alot of
spammers with this form, and it pisses them off xD
