team sharingan wins
though kamiu, itachi's super weopons, and sasuke's ems
kakashi and sasuke distract then itachi seals him

It was already proven that PTS Naruto>Neji but that's a debate for another time

Kakashi doesn't have infinite chakra so he can't kamui all the clones, in fact I doubt he can even kamui one because of Madara's speed., Itachi doesn't have Izanagi and Izanami is useless since Itachi still has to prepare it and Madara has EMS.
