How often do you have to post, and do you have to be on at a certain time? I'd like to join, but due to having no internet at my apartment, I'm not able to check the forum at regular intervals.

As for posting requirements, anyone who posts any amount is allowed to participate in the tournament. However, if you don't think you're going to be on the forum for a long time, DO NOT sign up and waste our time.

You don't have to be on at any certain time. Just make sure that you log on every day to check if your debate is up. Sorry.

@Zig: We let pretty much any veterans in.

Although I don't know if the activity in judges will be more than just the core three, which is me, Wooster, and IWD. Mostly questioning if Blind still remembers he's a judge.

the original tournament creators though having Naruto experts would somehow generate better debaters and or increase the standing of this section in the verses debate community at large..and thus bring in more traffic and respect

it failed categorically in all counts and many of those who won originally had absolutely no right to any victory

no one here is going to discriminate against your post count or activity but please if you are going to participate in a tournament do not leave your team mate hanging..man

if you can get on when you can to participate you are welcome but do try and not torpedo your own people via inactivity
