Personality:
Lighthearted, kind and charming are some words that describe Junior. Being the sweet and caring being he is, it's usually hard not to like him in some form or fashion. Though he has his sweet, joyful and childish side, that doesn't make him serious when need be. Growing up with the strict father that Junior had, taught him the meaning of knowing when to be serious and knowing when to make things as if they were a joke. Thankfully for his grandfather, Junior learned to be more playful than serious, but he still keeps a balance between the two.

When it comes to women, Junior tries his best to act like a gentlemen; being polite, opening doors and such, the usual stereotypical 'gentlemen' type of guy. However, he doesn't flirt with everything that moves, like his grandfather does. For his age, he does have self-control over himself, and won't go crazy at the first sight of an attractive opposite-sex, nor will he jump to get their attention.

One of the good things that came with growing up in the Kazeraikou Family, was the fighting that every Kazeraikou is taught. The family owned a dojo, which at the age of five, every member of the Kazeraikou would begin their training. This is what sculpted Junior, making him respectful and learn the meaning of things, such as life and self respect. It taught him to appreciate what he has, for every drop of sweat that hit the floor, for every drip of blood and for every tear, the Kazeraikou Dojo made boys into men, (and you know.. girls into women) It made them tough, learning how to stand up for themselves and protect those who can't protect themselves.

Being friendly is what Junior is good at, there rarely is ever a dull moment when he's around. Being a friend, is also what he's good at; listening to a voice that wants to be heard, spending time with anyone and everyone he considered to be a friend. He's willing to do more or less anything for someone he cares for, whether it be family or friend, as long as it's not something obscured. Never once has he let anyone down, and never does he plan to.

Loving him is what people do best, he's always there when you need him. If you're in need of a friendly face, a sweet personality or just a good person, Junior is your best bet.


Appearance:Standing at mildly average six-foot tall, Junior's build is what is slightly intimidating, at one-hundred-ninety pounds of well packed, yet lean muscle definition. During the age of 17, He dyed his hair blue, because it would make him seem exotic!. Another notable Kazeraikou Family feature, is their bright Blue-green irises, which combined with the odd-colored hair, make for a fine combination.

When it comes to clothing, Junior only nit-picks about one thing, and that is sleeves. Whether it be zero degrees, or one-hundred, Junior will wear a sleeveless shirt. The reason is mostly because he finds them uncomfortable, this has been a feature of his since he was ten years old. Only on rare occasions since then, has he wore anything with sleeves. Another thing is hoodies, he will usually have some form of hood over his head, usually from his shirt or whatever he is wearing over his torso.

For the bottom-half, Junior usually wears some form of bluejeans, or just basic pants for that matter. Always with a belt to hold them up, as he does a lot of moving around, and he highly appreciates them not falling down while he is moving. To keep him from pure embarrassment, or hurting himself by accident. Shoes are quite simple as well, just simple black-boots or brown will do, as long as they're comfortable, they're fine.

Being born in cold climates, (Guessing Kumo has a cold climate...) Junior has naturally pale skin. Though do to him being outside more often than not, running or doing whatever it was he did, his skin is blessed with a few kisses from the sun. His fair skin is tainted by only a few scars, none of which are visible without the removal of his shirt. One of the larger ones being across his left breast, from an accident way-back-when. The others being from childhood, just from falling and such, no abuse or anything. Mostly on his legs, with only one scar on his right wrist.

Naturally, Junior's expression is quite calm and carefree, it's rather hard to break that away. A smile is usually curled upon his lips, rarely ever to fade into a frown. His posture while standing still is slightly out of line, mostly due to poor posture-care when he was younger, his shoulders are usually bent forward, but that doesn't bother him much. his shoulders are usually bent forward, but that doesn't bother him much. Nor does he really notice it, and if he does, doesn't care to fix it.

Around his wrists, are usually some form of tape; whether it be black or white, is random. This is worn due to the dojo that his grandfather runs in his village, where he has trained ever since he was old enough to stand on his own. Furthermore in accessories, is that his left ear is pierced with a simple silver loop, nothing more and nothing less.

His main attraction would be the helmet that he commonly wears while he's undercover, it granted him the name "Colour". His long, blue hair will flow from underneath it.

Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind)
Rank: "D"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: User hurls a mixture of senbon needles in the form of wind to cut into the opponent.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: ---
Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. This technique may be blocked by large objects, however something small such as a sword, or a staff will allow the needles to seperate still moving towards the object it was originally sent to. Not a powerful technique as the user is capable of hurling up to ten senbon wind needles that gives out minor cuts. However this could be used as a more of a set up technique to allow the user to perform a more dangerous technique.
Limit: Must have the Wind Release


Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)
Rank: "D"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: User is capable of breathing inwards and exerting outwards a large like arrow to pierce into the opponent's body.
Special: User takes in a deep breathe filling their lungs with air.
Drawback: Only one may be created at a time.
Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. This arrow may be blocked as it is just a large consumption of wind, however it can not be deflected away. This means that the object must be large in size enough to defend from one against the wind. The size of the arrow is the size of the opponent's mouth with the length of three feet as it can travel up to the distance of twenty meters. This technique is used for short range to steer an opponent away from the user.
Limit: Must have the Wind Release



Tsubasa Sodachimasu no jutsu (Wing Grow Technique)
Rank: C-Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Lets the user grow wings of a bird out of their shoulders.
Special: Ram
Drawback: The user may feel some pain, due to the initial outburst of the extra shoulder bones that are used for the rest of the wings to grow on. Cannot Re-grow wings that were ripped or severed from the body. If one wing is removed then it is impossible to retract the wings. If a wing is injured somehow, once retracted they cannot be used for 2 weeks OOC.
Description: The user forms the handseal, and then the extra shoulder bones that come from the Ritual of Talon and Feather burst through the back of the user and they start to grow into wings of any given bird, through chakra increasing the length of the bones, (user chooses) that are twice the length of the user’s arms. Chakra will numb the pain, but it will still hurt. The chakra will also accelerate the growth of the skin, but it will come out with feathers, having stimulated the chemical. The user may then use the wings to fly and perform other techniques that require this jutsu. When the Tsubasa wishes it or has an injured wing they can retract the wings into their body to heal over time or simply to hide them.
Limit: Must be a Tsubasa, must have Ritual of the Talon and Feather performed on them.

Effect: Allows the Tsubasa to properly use their wings for flight.

Drawback: Guidance of an experienced Tsubasa. [PC or NPC]
Description: This training will allow the Tsubasa to control their wings properly after growth. Without the training control of the Tsubasa's wings will be jerky and extremely difficult. The control will be harsh enough that the Tsubasa will be unable to fly without it and merely have the wings for show. With the simple exercises and control methods taught by the experienced Tsubasa, the user will rid them self of the problem of controlling a new appendage and be able to use their wings as if born with them naturally.

Shokkingu Reppuu (Shocking Gale)
Rank: "B" Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Sends a spiraling wave of lightning infused wind at the foe.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: The attack can only go straight. Also, a headache for 3-4 posts.
Description: The user does the needed handseals and then gathers chakra into his mouth. Releasing it with an almighty burst at the foe. Excellent Chakra Control is needed to make the attack keep it's form as it heads toward the foe. The attack travels 40 feet before fading off. Due to the Ryuugan's nature, this attack seems easier to pull off to do the decreased reaction time due to the Kazeraikou's reaction training.
The damage of this attack depends on the range that it hit the foe.
10-20 feet: The foe is stunned for 1 posts and feels numbness in the area hit as well as some burns and cuts.
21-30 feet: The foe is numbed in the hit area and recieves minor burns as well as cuts.
31-40 feet: The foe is burned and cut.

Limit: Must have Ryuugan. Must have Lightning and Wind Release. Must have Reaction Training.



Ryuugan mastery
Rank: “B” Rank.
Skill: Kekkei genkai.
Effect: Makes the user able to activate the Ryuugan without the use of a handseal and reduce the headache duration by 1/3.
Special: ---
Drawback: Activating the bloodlimit without the handseal costs a “D”-rank worth of more chakra. Must have 500 TP into the clans jutsus.
Description: The reason why a Ryuugan user gets a headache after using bloodlimit jutsu is because it tires out the mind and senses (especially the sense of sight) a little bit.
When a user has trained a lot into these techniques, those things will change a little. Their senses will grow less tired, which reduces the headache duration a little bit (i.e. a ninjutsu that gives a headache for 6 posts will only last for 4).
Also, the user do not need to do the handseal in order to activate the bloodlimit anymore: if they use a tad bit extra chakra, the bloodlimit will activate itself without the handseal.
Limit: Must have Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Automatically gained when you have 500 TP into the clan's ninjutsus.

Ryuugan Activation.
Rank: “C” Rank.
Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu.
Effect: Activates the Ryuugan. Makes the users senses more sensitive. If someone for example is reading a letter 15 meters away, you will read it with ease. The vision range widens from 180 degrees to 210. You will also be able to use the Kazeraikou clans Eastern attacks. Jutsus based on lightning will be amplified, and the user can control very strong lightning NinJutsu with lower risks than those who do not have Ryuugan. Wind Jutsus might be easier to perform, depending how good you are to control chakra. GenJutsu and NinJutsu specialists should be able to do that.
Special: Dragon
Drawback: Takes a little chakra.
Description: The user are now able to control small winds (change their direction, fly on them if they have an umbrella or a fan, make them weaker/stronger) and anything electric (but cannot control things/others jutsus with high power. Jounins or “B”-ranked shinobis can maximum control “C”-rank lightning jutsus, which is the max (not even an "A"-rank character can stop a "B"-ranked jutsu for example).
That means that they can weaken the jutsu a tiny little bit, change direction a bit or slow it down so they can avoid it).
Limit: Must be member of the Kazeraikou clan. Have to know Lightning release and how to read.


Ritual of Talon and Feather
Materials: At least one baby bird (any species), a person who is taking the ritual, at least 1 ancient Tsubasa ritual scroll (or at least a copy of one), 2 Tsubasa members that are at least 24 years old, blood from the Tsubasa members, and a Tsubasa medic.
Special: ---
Preparation: The Tsubasa’s draw a circle with their blood. Inside the circle, the person who is about to take on the ritual sits on top of the scroll, and the bird sits next to them, back to back. The scroll must be touching the blood circle. The Tsubasa medic stands outside of the circle. The Tsubasa’s must be in front of the end of a scroll.
Description: The Tsubasa’s at the scroll's ends start making hand signs. Each sign they make will make a symbol on the scroll glow green. Once all of the symbols glow green, the green chakra will spread throughout the circle. The green blood will begin to wrap around the person and the bird. Then, the medic steps into what used to be the circle. The medic sends then proceeds to take a feather from the bird. Then, the medic places the feather directly between the person's shoulder blades. The green blood engulfs the feather, then it melts into the infant's shoulder blades. The feather and the green blood, once inside the body, release chakra that hollow out the bones of the person. Then all the excess bone is built up in the shoulder, to be used for Tsubasa Sodachimasu no jutsu. The medic is constantly using healing hands on the person so they don’t feel anything.
Effect: Gives the ability to use Wing Grow Technique.
Drawback: -
Limit: Uses two slots for members of the clan, four for non-members.



Higashi jinrai (Thunderclap from east).
Rank: “D” Rank.
Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu.
Effect: Similar to Raikiyuu, but goes faster. Your aim will be a lot better thanks to better vision, and the attack will be stronger since Ryuugan amplifies lightning jutsus.
Special: Dragon, bird, tiger and snake. Have to know lightning release.
Drawback: Can give you a very light headache that lasts for 1-2 posts. It makes your aim slightly worse, but not much since the technique is “D”-ranked. Short-range technique.
Description: A ball of electricity is formed in your right/left hand and is sent away. Unlike Raikiyuu you can move, but not much.
Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Lightning release.


Seiryuus Eyes.
Rank: Equals with rank (“D”-ranked: “D”, “C”-ranked: “C” and so goes on).
Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu.
Effect: The user is able to see other things by manipulating electric forces. “D”-ranked shinobis can only controls things as lamps, cameras or radios. “C”-ranked shinobis can control telephones or small TV's while shinobis that are “B”-ranked and up can control computers and TV's.
Special: Dragon, snake and dragon.
Drawback: Your eyes cannot see anything that is more than 10 feet away from you. If someone for example turns off the lamp you are using, you will be blind for three posts. If you are “C”-ranked for example and tries to connect to a TV, you will be half-blind for two posts because the high amount of electricity.
Description: You can make a 'third eye' by connecting your Ryuugan to something that is connected to a weak electric force. Long-range technique. The jutsu lasts for four posts each time. It is often used in espionage missions. The range and control of electricity will increase with difficulty class.
“D”-ranked= 8-10 meters. Can connect to small devices like small-medium lamps, handheld gaming consoles, communication devices and similar items.
“C”-ranked= 14-18 meters. Can connect to somewhat bigger devices like surveillance cameras, most lamps, telephones, VCRs and similar items.
“B”-ranked= 20-25 meters. Can connect to more complex devices like small-medium televisions, computers, bigger refrigerators, all type of lamps and similar items.
“A”-ranked= 25-30 meters. Can connect to very complicated devices like high-tech computers, big televisions, high-tech refrigerators and similar items.
“S”-ranked= 30-35 meters. Can connect to extremely complicated devices like big plasma screens used for commercial and similar items.
Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Lightning release.

Tenshou Yodan (Weather prediction).
Rank: Equals with rank (D-rank: “D”, C-rank: “C” and so goes on).
Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu.
Effect: Predicts the oncoming weather in a certain radius with a certain amount of accuracy.
Special: Dragon, snake and tiger.
Drawback: Will give a headache a bit for two posts. If you are “B”-ranked or higher, it will ache for three posts. Have to hold the tiger seal. Can only ‘sense’ one thing at the time.
Description: By concentrating on the sense of feeling, you can feel the tensions around you in the air to predict the weather around you. This is quite useful for Raiton and Fuuton users, and especially helpful for Suiton users.
This means that you can sense either ‘air collisions’ (cold air meets warm air= winds), higher humidity (rain) or electric clouds colliding (lighting and/or thunder).
“D”-ranked: 50% accuracy. Radius: 5 kilometers.
“C”-ranked: 70% accuracy. Radius: 10 kilometers.
“B”-ranked: 90% accuracy. Radius: 15 kilometers.
“A”-ranked: 95% accuracy. Radius: 20 kilometers.
“S”-ranked: 100% accuracy. Radius: 25 kilometers.
Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Needs to know either Wind, lightning and/or water release in order to sense the different type of tension

Higashi Raikou Dageki (Eastern lightning strike).
Rank: “C” Rank.
Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu.
Effect: A thunderbolt is sent from the user’s hand.
Special: Dragon, boar, monkey and dog. Have to know lightning release.
Drawback: You might be hit instead if you get's too shocked over have made the lightning. Gives a light headache for 2-3 posts (like a light version of headache you get after watching too much TV). Is a bit annoying and your aim becomes a little of for two posts. The arm you used might turn numb.
Description: A thunderbolt is sent from the users arm. Can grill a middle size tree or give humans burns. The lightning cans maximum go 10 meters. If you are a Gennin, it will go about six,5 meters, depending on how used you are to use the jutsu. It will be stronger than a normal thunderbolt. Since the lightning is stronger, you need Ryuugan to control it, or else you are aim will be too bad. Mid range.
Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Lightning release.

Higashi boufuu (Eastern gale).
Rank: Somewhat stronger than average “C” (needs 40 TP if you are “D”-ranked).
Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu.
Effect: Makes a gale with tiny electrical sparks.
Special: Dragon, tiger, bird and your own birth year.
Drawback: Must have good chakra control, and it makes your head ache for three posts. Your accuracy drops with almost 10%, and you need either an umbrella or a fan.
Description: After doing the handseals, the user uses a fan or umbrella to make a small wind stream. Extra chakra is added for making tiny sparks that is barely visible, but each spark has the same effect as an "E"-"D" ranked Raiton jutsu. There are 10 sparks in it if your character is "D"-ranked, but it will increase with 5 sparks for each rank (so an "S"-ranked character will have 30 sparks).
The gale itself is almost like a weaker version of Dai Kamatachi, only that the range is slightly shorter and it's a tad bit weaker (it can't chop down trees, but it can do damage do a bush that is 3 feet for example). The wind will last for two posts and has a range on 0-20 meters.
Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan and must have an umbrella or fan. Wind and lightning release.

Kazeraikou united cyclon.
Rank: “B” Rank.
Skill: Ninjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu.
Effect: A cyclone made of lightning and wind is released.
Special: The seals mimics the order of the birth years of your family. If your parents are born in year of the tiger, you are born in the year of the dragon and your two younger siblings are born bird and ox, it will be like this: Tiger, dragon, bird, ox and dragon.
Drawback: Cyclone can backfire if your chakra control is lousy. The cyclone lasts for five posts. Gives a normal headache for 3-4 posts, which is quite annoying.
Description: The user releases a spiraling wind with electrical sparks. If the enemies hand meets the sparks, they hand will be paralyzed for three posts. The sparks cannot paralyze anything bigger than an average-sized leg. Mid-long range, depending on difficulty class.
“D”-rank= 7 meters.
“C”-rank=8 meters.
“B”-rank=10 meters.
“A”-rank and up=12 meters.
Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Wind and lightning release











TaiJutsu Techniques:

Reaction training.
Rank: “C” (for those without the Ryuugan), somewhat stronger than “D” (for those who are in the clan. 15 TP’s).
Skill: Taijutsu.
Effect: Trains up your reflexes.
Drawback: None.
Description: The reaction training makes your reflexes faster. Since those in the clan already has somewhat faster reaction than average (without an activated bloodlimit), they will pick it up faster.
The training is basically that weapons are aimed on you in your vision range in order to make you dodge quicker. Those who are in the clan, has to train without their bloodlimit activated.
Limit:Can only be learned from Takeshi, Hoshiko or Masao Kazeraikou.


Ryuu stance.
Rank: “E” Rank.
Skill: Taijutsu.
Effect: In this stance, the person is able to use the Kazeraikou fighting style.
Drawback: None.
Description: This is a basic stance. The persons legs are about 60 centimeters apart. The left hand is placed at the belt and the right one is placed in front of you. The left arm is knitted into a fist while the right one is open. The legs are slightly bent.
Limit:Can only be learned from Takeshi, Hoshiko or Masao Kazeraikou.

Sunappu shippo (Snappy tail).
Rank: “D” Rank.
Skill: Taijutsu.
Effect: A snap kick that might hurt the enemys hand a little.
Drawback: You can get your foot injured if it scrapes against the sharp side of a weapon.
If your enemy gets a hold on your leg, you’ll be in a pickle.
Description: If your enemy is using a weapon and you concentrates your senses correctly, you can kick the weapon out of the enemys arms with a snap kick (or at least hurt their hand a little). The height of the kick is decided by the user.
Limit:Can only be learned from Takeshi, Hoshiko or Masao Kazeraikou. Must know Ryuu stance.

Yurasu shippo (Swing tail).
Rank: “C” Rank.
Skill: Taijutsu.
Effect: A swing kick that might hurt the enemys hand a little.
Drawback: You can get your foot injured if it scrapes against the sharp side of a weapon.
If your enemy gets a hold on your leg, you’ll be in a pickle.
Description: A more advanced version of Sunappu shippo. This kick is a swing kick, and to execute it, you have to lift your foot higher and more on the side than Sunappu shippo. This kick has a longer range, and if it’s high enough, it might kick your enemy in their head. Middle kick are effective against swords or if the enemy grabs you from the side.
Limit:Can only be learned from Takeshi, Hoshiko or Masao Kazeraikou. Must know Ryuu stance.

Ketatamashii yoko kikku (Piercing side kick).
Rank: “C”-“A” Rank.
Skill: Taijutsu.
Effect: A piercing side kick.
Drawback: If you don’t focus enough and hits with the wrong side of the foot, you can get quite severe damage. Won’t work if you don’t have enough speed.
Description: If the enemy uses any wood weapon, you can use a fast sidekick to break the weapon.
“C”-rank: Can break 1 normal plank.
“B”-rank: Can break 2 normal planks.
“A”-rank: Can break 3 normal planks.
Limit:Can only be learned from Takeshi, Hoshiko or Masao Kazeraikou. Only taijutsu specialists or masters can learn the “B” and “A” ranked version. Must know Ryuu stance.

Nibai sunappu shippo (Double snappy tail).
Rank: “B” Rank.
Skill: Taijutsu.
Effect: Same as Ryuu sunappu shippo, only that you uses the both legs.
Drawback: You can get your foot injured if it scrapes against the sharp side of a weapon. You can also twist your ankle if your not careful.
If your enemy gets a hold on one of your legs, you’ll be in a pickle. Since you’re using both legs, you can only kick as high as you can jump.
Description: If your enemy is using a weapon and you concentrates your senses correctly, you can kick the weapon out of the enemys arms (or at least hurt their hand a little).
Limit:Can only be learned from Takeshi, Hoshiko or Masao Kazeraikou. If you can’t jump very high or/and isn’t very tall, you probably need the Torihoto as well. Must know Ryuu stance.



Yuki fusenmei (Snow blur).
Rank: “C” Rank.
Skill: Taijutsu.
Effect: Dodges attacks like a falling snowflake.
Drawback: You need good balance, and your senses has to be in top condition. Not all weapons will be avoided, but most.
Description: When the enemy attacks you, use your senses to dodge the attack like a falling snowflake (spin on your foot while ducking and such). Not all weapons will be dodged, but a good bit of them will not hit you.
Limit: Can only be learned from Hoshiko Kazeraikou. Must have finished the reaction training and must know Ryuu stance.

Dokuro panpan (Skull slapper).
Rank: “C” Rank.
Skill: Taijutsu.
Effect: If an enemy tries to choke you or hold you from the front, you slap their skull with both hands to get loose.
Drawback: You have to think fast. If you’ve got shorter arms than the enemy, the attack won’t work at all.
Description: If an enemy chokes you or hold you from the front, you concentrates a bit chakra in your palms and slaps both sides of their skull with your arms. The attack leaves the enemy a bit dazed for some seconds, which give you a chance to get away.
Limit: Can only be learned from Hoshiko Kazeraikou (this move is her most useful signature move).

Cho-kingu hazure (Choking failure).
Rank: “C” Rank.
Skill: Taijutsu.
Effect: If an enemy is holding you in a chokergrip from behind, you use the lever (sp?) principle to bring them down.
Drawback: Won’t work if you don’t react quickly. If you have short arms, the attack won’t work at all. If not executed correctly, you might be pulled down as well. Risky to use on slippery surfaces.
Description: If an enemy holds you in a chokergrip, you sit down in a prayer-like position. Lets say that the enemy attack you from the left. You grab the enemy on the backside of their knee with your right hand while bringing the left one up their back towards their face. Then, you stand up in a fast motion while lifting your right arm and pushing the left one down, which cause the enemy to fall down.
Limit: Can only be learned from Hoshiko Kazeraikou.

Tora tobikome (Tiger jump).
Rank: “C” Rank.
Skill: Taijutsu.
Effect: Sends chakra to legs in order to jump quickly from surfaces.
Drawback:Requires good chakra control and a somewhat good body control. If the surface is not solid (mud etc.) it will be much harder to jump.
Description: The user gathers chakra in his/her feets and jump towards a surface (i.e. a wall). Then, he/she kicks from the wall and lands on the other in a somewhat graceful manner. It will almost look like the user is a spider that’s jumping from wall to wall.
Limit:Can only be learned from Marii Kino Kazeraikou. Must have finished reaction training.

Osore gufuu (Horror of the hurricane).
Rank: “C” Rank.
Skill: Genjutsu/bloodlimit jutsu.
Effect: The users activate the Ryuugan and make the victim think that a hurricane is blowing around them.
Special: Dragon(if that is your birth year), dog, boar and snake.
Drawback: If you do not hold the snake sign, the GenJutsu will lose its power. Only lasts for five posts.
Description: The user activates the Ryuugan and makes their enemy think that a hurricane is blowing around them (they see houses and trees are ripped up), which makes them very afraid and maybe less likely to attack.
Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan. Must have pattern perception

History
When he was 5 he started the academy. His family was ashamed he didn't know how to read yet. He then learned to read and Unlocked his Ryuugan at the age of 5 . When it self-activated it in class and they started the taijustu training. His friend noticed the change in his personality.They sparred and Lucas was angry the whole fight. Almost Broke his arm but then there Teacher caught Lucas's arm and Made him stop and declared lucas's friend the winner.

Now then when he turned 10. He went through puberty. He started to grow hair all over. His Uncle taught him the Wind release justu as a present for turning into a man. He Learned his elemental releases and the perception from his mom. He likes to make short stories at this age.

When he turned 12. When he was in the academy he saw his friend with a 'Cool ability to grow wings'. He asked him if he could learn the technique to be able to do it. His friend said yeah if you join my clan. So he ran home and asked his parents and Lucas did the same.Lucas's parents said yes only if his friend's parents said yes. So they both said yes and Lucas went over to his friend house his friend's name is Kumatora. Kumatora's parents Started the ritual with a copy of the ancient scroll. Since he didnt have a bird for the ritual the tsubasa clan gave him one.

They gave him a baby Bald eagle for the ritual. They sat side by side. The tsubasa ritualist Focused charka into the scroll under them. Green blood surrounds both of them. The medic constantly Uses medic justus to reduce the pain to a minimum.

After that, The medic would pluck a feather from the bald eagle. the medic would put the feather directly in between lucas's shoulder. The green blood surrounds the Feather melts into lucas's body with the green blood.The feather and green blood makes hollow bones for the wing grow technique.

Now that he's 13 he likes to Make art and Make stories.He makes good pieces of art on the piano or guitar. Now he can activate his ryuugan when he wants to.Nothing has really happened in this stage in his life. Except he joined the dhenda clan.

He now meets one of his cousins Marii. She said she would maybe become his sensei if he kept up his training. He has trained with her a couple times and when he would train with Marii it would be very hard. Sometimes he would come over to her place and watch anime with her. To him , Marii was like his bigger sister. Marii has earned a special place in his heart Due to the fact that she is nice and understanding. She has told him a story that her Grandparents told her. It was about one of her grandparents adventures . Also, She told him about one of her missions. It was a story of grand adventure. It seemed too grand to be true. But atlas it was!
