I'd like to say Hinata, but that all depends on which Ino, if it's PTS Ino then she has a chance, even though Ino could trick her with the hair trap like she did Sakura.

If it's Teen Ino then it's more than likely a not, but maybe she can still win.

Ino's only real manga tool is MTJ, and Byakugan should be able to see the mass of chakra coming. Moreso, PTS anime Hinata has 64 palms guard and a bit of healing iirc.

I think it is funny that a PTS Hinata can beat Ino.... maybe even without Anime feats!

Let's face it Yamanaka's suck 1v1 battles!
Her onnly offensive jutsu are mind transfer which is easiy seen then dodged!

Ino does not have poisionous floweres (which would be easily dodged anyway)

It is said that ino is goood at taijutsu...but thtat would be suicide!

Eventually Ino will fight hand to hand and that will be a HUGE mistake

Well if it's Teen Ino then she had mind clone which is much faster than just regular mind transfer and it can curve instead of just going on a straight line. I wouldn't say Yamanaka's suck at 1v1, but if they want o succeed then they have to be clever, which Ino has shown herself to be, but have Mind Destruction and good senor ablities wouldn't hurt their chances in 1v1 either.

Ino will not be able to move with mind disturbance and Hinata has will power + Great chakra control so it is not crazy to say that she can break out! Ino could not even stop the Legendary Stupid Bros so what Hinata has a chance since she is smarter !

Plus usually the enemies are standing stil when they use their mind attacks!

Curving and speed will not matter for Hinata! She has shown great speed/reaction time fighting Neji As long as Hinata can see the energy/chakra beam Hiinata will easily dodge!

OK I'm not saying that Ino would win, however, mind destruction disconnects you from your will so having will power probably wouldn't matter if she used it and secondly, Hinata is not smarter than Ino, sure she has byakugan which would give her a clear advantage anyway, but no she isn't smarter than Ino.

Not only will power but she has great chakra control. It would be harder to use mind distruction when she is not standing still and can see her mind destruction with the bkyugan.

Mind destruction, is long and wide ranged and works very quickly so rather Hinata was standing still or not wouldn't really matter and when your body is disconnected from your will that also means your will to focus chakra within your own body, so that might not be a factor either.

I still think Hinata would win over all, but still.
