Simply put, it's the power that allows a cartoon character to defy the laws of physics whether it be for plot or for humor.

Example is Bugs Bunny materializing things like mallets.
Wile E. Coyote tanking nuclear explosions.
When Bugs Bunny uses an eraser on his cartoon panel, he has become an omnipotent able to erase and create existence at will.

Characters show the same powers they do in an anime, only less consistently and under humorous circumstances normally, but it's still completely viable in a debate.

A comparison to anime toon force is Team Rocket. They have been zapped by legends, burnt to a crisp by monsters, and sent flying hundreds of miles off in another direction by getting punched by a dragon. But they survive.

pretty much what TBC said though I'd add its a bit more than that its less ignoring the laws of physics and more "whatever I want however I want so long as its amusing to the spectators"

Bugs retconned god out of existence and draw himself on the throne of heaven... that's less ignoring the laws pf physics and more "reality is my play thing as long as the audience thinks its lulzy"

Essentially it's the ability to warp reality unnaturally.
Ex. Timmy Turner can wish something and it just happens. Spongebob has insane tanking abilities.

One thing that people mix up with Spongebob is his regeneration.
That is NOT ToonForce.

Regeneration is a form of reproduction for porifera. Which is what Spongebob is.

^ Not really. They're still basically limited to whatever feats they've shown, and some characters have stronger toon force than others.
