lee is electrocuted the moment he lays a hand on raiton no yoroi. plus theres A's immense speed that dodged even amaterasu and his insane battle experience

^^ this. You all forget that the only reason sasuke managed to touch A and not get incinerated is because he uses Chidori/ Susanoo.
He has no moves that counter or atleast protect from A armor because he doesnt have ninjutsu.

A wins because lee cant even touch him.

Otherwise A wins by his speed. He is the fastest non-hax shinobi alive.

And if all else fails he liger bombs him into death which he wont survive because he 1. Doesnt have susanoo and 2. if that doesnt kill the gates after effects will deal the finishing blow.

And A can go super saiyan 2 (just a joke but he can like power up his lightning armor)
