Not always. It's not even probable to happen. But creating new groups is one part of the solution. Like I said, me and dev are already talking about it.

Hidan, please be more informed when you post. Even if the rules killed it, it certainly isn't why it is dead now. When teddie came, we reverted all the rules to how they once were. It did nothing different.

You act like rules are a bad thing, but that's just flawed thinking. Anarchy is, without a doubt, stupid. All the rules did was make it so that fights were more interesting. Going in and out of garganta and overall just using pocket dimensions as a way to avoid things was dumb and uncreative. It makes it a lot more fun to read someone at least making some sort of effort towards a counter rather than running, as things used to be.

So please, give me one rule that was way over the top. We had people teleporting before the last death of this verse and it was fine. We have reiatsu seeking attacks still and that's fine. People summoning different creatures, mixing races, and so much more. Really, what rules killed things?

People just hate the word. Written or not, there are always rules.

either way tho we need above all a way to get more new people, with skill or training. so that it doesn't come down to, dev, noctis, whoever is gonna fill in as yori since we all know dev and noctis can't lead by themselves at this point cuz they argue about everything and nobody will listen to them alone. vs hal and me. because really that's how it ended was everybody disappeared went inactive or just wasn't worth anything and didn't have time to do anything because most people aren't jun they can't just be thrown into combat against overwhelming people and adapt and learn on the fly. which is why the yori thing came up to climax when i actually stepped in, before that you guys were just screwing with hally and her fodderlings and i just stepped up to hold you off. so when i went offensive, me vs yori happened, yori dropped after he finally stopped stitching himself back together and then everyone sorta just dispersed because nothing anybody was gonna do was gonna be more epic then that fight was.

so making new groups means don't hog all the good people. because then it will come down to again, hal, me, random newbie # 1-5 and dev, noctis, KG fill in, assassin, yori fill in. then nobody will want to stay because the second they show up here comes the alter trio to try and kill them.

1) There's nothing to lead when all the newbies join the newbie guild, since it's the biggest thread in this section. The Escudo scoop up everyone just long enough for them to lose interest and move on without getting trained. The only ones still part of this verse are the ones who found other newbies and were able to brute force their own activity out of boredom, not necessarily the fact that the verse is interesting.

2) Fighting about everything meaning? The verse is founded on fighting and that is the reason it was active to begin with. You act like fighting is a bad thing, but in the end, when everyone calmed down, the spark in this section died out. You're even rarely around.

3) You're not one to talk. The only people that know who you even are are the people that have fought you before. Everyone else doesn't and I highly doubt that you'd be capable of scooping up more of a group than anyone else. If you do, it's because it's mostly made up of people that have been in the verse for long enough to have seen you fight.

4) You still can't talk because at least we're trying. The rest of the people that used to come here are long gone. We're trying to revive it as best we can. Rather than insult the people trying, why not come help out for once?
