I'm gonna exercise , work out and train soooo much this summer just for rok lee!! I wanna make him proud and show that I can become a splendid ninja even though I dont
live in an anime !!!

When it comes to swimming, I'm swimming either only with my legs or only with my arms , and if I cant do it, i will do 400 situps!!! That is my jibunduru!

I prefer pushups, situps, running, jogging, heavy bag, spars, weight lifting.
How frequent should I do this and to what intensity?

I'd say like 3-4 times a week?
90 minute exercise seems fine to me.
At first run, then stretch, then do some pushups, pullups etc. after that you can lift weights. (I don't like lifting weights, I've never did)

At PE we usually walk, run, walk, then run again. Stretch, pushups, situps (no pullups), jumping jacks, and we sometimes went to the weight room. I did benchpress and one other dealing with the arm muscles. Forgot the name of it, one was also for leg muscles.

Okay no jogging or heavy bag. But I still wanna do the other stuff. Weight lifting isn't that important tho.

When I did conditioning, we worked different body parts on different days (lower body one day, upper the next, then cardio the next) alternating like that gets your body enough rest so you don't overdo it. You should probably also give yourself at least a couple days of no work a week, too. That seemed to work for us. Of course, I let myself to after the season ended, and I eventually returned to my regular self, but it worked

And we always stretched/ did some warmup sprints at the start to prepare

Pullups are kinda hard, that's why we don't do it in PE, but we measure pullups.
You know, you pull yourself up and stay that way for as long as you can.

It's up to me to not let myself go after I reach my goal. but yah I know about cooldowns.

With pullups that's why you get a band to put around the bar and put around your leg. For extra support, if you're not strong enough to do pull-ups without the band. That's what I did in weight training.

Or, instead of just hanging on to the bar you could bring your knees up to your stomache while doing it. It's actually called hanging knee ups. Look it up on youtube to get a visual.

I remember the band! Everyone had to use it, but I couldn't since I weighed like 5 ounces and the thing slung me all over the place. I had to do regular pullups when they didn't have a regular rubber band-sized...band
