Yeah, I know, and that is the most likely outcome. I just think based on the level of deception Deidara uses, he could possibly get a smaller % of the wins (25%-35%). Kakuzu just has too many counters to Deidara's moves for Deidara to have a chance at beating him. And about that last part, maybe idk. The op says they have full knowledge so probably.

Kakuzu has the right tools to defeat Deidara: iron skin to protect him from C1, the Lightning mask which counters most of Deidara's bombs, and just the fact that his masks can fly allows him to be able to keep up with Deidara in the air. All of this coupled with the fact that Deidara isn't all that good at evasion makes it easier for Kakuzu to win.

Deidara's only hope, aside from C0, is to use C4. This is because C1-C3 would all be countered by iron skin and Lightning mask. Kakuzu cannot counter C4 in any way. It doesn't matter if the masks can't breathe in the bombs because once Kakuzu's body has disintegrated, he is dead. There is no body for the hearts to go back into. At that point, Deidara has won.



It all comes down to whether Deidara can fire off a good C4 and hit Kazuzu with it. Either Kakuzu is going to kill Deidara before he can get a C4 off, or Deidara manages to use C4 on Kakuzu and win the battle. imo the latter seems more likely due to Deidara's ability to use deception effectively.

So imo, Deidara=Winner.

No Offense but i dont really care of Deidara. Hes too crazy. But anyway kakzu is not going to let Deidara stand there and use C4 it takes a lil while to form. While he is busying forming C4 any of Deidara's hearts attack him for the win (especially if lighting and wind heart combine)

Dont really know how Deidara can decive Kakazu . Kakazu has almost a DECADE of experience. kakazu could also hide in water.

I don't recall the chapter. I will have to dig in. But the Deidara one occured after he used C0.

Manga does acknowledge Kakuzu's strength.

The problem with lighting mask is that I don't see his Raiton: Gian being big enough to suddenly defuse the huge Deidara statue.

Is one blast good enough to defuse the entire Statue and blow a hole to negate it?

I doubt it.

Although using with the lightning mask I suppose Kakuzu can use his wind and fire masks to blow back the C4 but this element has to do with when Kakuzu has no knowledge.

With full knowledge Kakuzu will go for the immediate blitz attempt at 10 meters.
