Technically Reach is Halo 6 and ODST is Halo 5 and Wars is Halo 4 making Halo 4 actually Halo 7.

Nope, Halo: Reach is a spin off of the franchise, along with ODST and Wars.

Chronologically speaking though, it would be the second.

Halo Wars.
Halo: Reach.
Halo: Combat Evolved.
Halo 2.
Halo: ODST.
Halo 3.
Halo 4.

Wrong. Halo Wars takes place before Halo Reach. Halo Reach takes place in 2552 and Halo Wars takes place in 2531.

My dad wouldn't go to the store to help me preorder the limited edition for about a month... finally got there and they were long sold out... going to my first midnight release instead, I guess.

If there is one at our thing. Every CoD does, so I would only assume.
