Final Susano'o casually cleaved across mountains and recreated the landscape with one single slice.

No power in KHR has proven enough raw capacity to destroy cities. And Tsuna wasn't even blitzed in the first place, seeing as that he was able to react, even if somewhat. And it was by Jager, whom by far is the strongest of the Vindice.

I do recall Tsuna had the capacity to destroy multiple city blocks with an X-burner back in the Byakuran fight. He has received multiple power ups since then.

If I recall, his power ups had been only for the Vongola Rings and overall fighting technique, not the raw power needed to back up or power an X-Burner.

And even if the powerscaling was accurate, I highly doubt that Tsuna would still win.

Tsuna alone wouldn't win. This is the entire KHR verse. Plus, he gained the XX-burner, even IF he gained no more raw power, he can double the output of that power now at LEAST.

Name three people in KHR who can rival the destructive capability of Tsunayoshi's X-Burner.

What evidence is there? All there is baseless powerscaling. Carbio Forma and Vongola Gear doesn't add up to a powered up X-Burner.

Also inn situations like this they are allowed to use their capabilities outside of their specific domain take neo from the matrix for example in versus debates he's assumed to have the same capabilities in a debate location as he does iin the system of the matrix and the same holds true for freddy
